Meet your tour leader at Malta International Airport for check-in for your flight to Calgary, with transit. Upon arrival at Calgary airport, a coach will transfer you to your hotel in Calgary for check-in & overnight. Evening at leisure to enjoy the largest city in the Canadian province of Albert, the gateway to the Canadian Rockies.
Depart Calgary and head to Banff, often referred to as the “Little Switzerland.” Begin with a stop at Surprise Corner for breathtaking views of the Banff Springs Hotel and the Bow River. Continue to Banff, nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies, where majestic landscapes and outdoor adventures await. Ascend Sulphur Mountain via the Banff Gondola for panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. Visit Bow Falls, a picturesque spot perfect for photos, before heading to Lake Louise, known as the “Jewel of the Canadian Rockies.” Finally, visit the iconic Moraine Lake in the Valley of the Ten Peaks, with its stunning turquoise waters and the majestic Victoria Glacier backdrop, creating a postcard-perfect scene.
After breakfast, begin your journey with a photo stop at the stunning turquoise shores of Bow Lake, then head north to marvel at the unique silhouette and vibrant blue color of Peyto Lake. Admire the impressive Crowfoot Glacier as you travel along the Icefields Parkway. At Athabasca Falls, witness the raw power and beauty of the cascading waters. Explore the Columbia Icefield with an exhilarating Ice Explorer snow coach ride and a walk on the Athabasca Glacier, and enjoy panoramic views from the Glacier Skywalk, situated directly above the Sunwapta Valley. After a day of awe-inspiring sights, continue your journey back to Valemount.
Today’s activity includes a scenic drive from Valemount to Kamloops with stops at some of BC’s most beautiful spots. You’ll visit Wells Gray Provincial Park in Clearwater, home to the stunning Helmcken Falls, before continuing the journey south. Along the way, you’ll stop at the serene Lac le Jeune Provincial Park, where you can enjoy a peaceful walk by the lake. The day will wrap up with your arrival in Kamloops, where you can unwind and explore the town in the evening.
The next day’s activity starts with a scenic drive from Kamloops to Vancouver, taking in beautiful mountain views along the way. Once you arrive in Vancouver, you’ll embark on a Vancouver city tour, visiting iconic landmarks such as Stanley Park, with its famous totem poles and stunning views of the waterfront, the vibrant neighborhoods of Gastown and Chinatown, and the bustling Granville Island with its public market and artisan shops.
Start your day with a leisurely breakfast, savouring the last moments at your hotel. Head to the Cruise Centre, where your Alaskan adventure awaits. Board the Serenade of the Seas for an unforgettable Alaskan journey. Settle into your cabin and explore the ship’s amenities. The ship will set sail at 17:00.
Your ship offers the perfect platform for viewing British Columbia’s Inside Passage. Here you’ll ply calm waters sheltered between the British Columbia mainland and Vancouver Island. Discover a wide range of landscapes and native wildlife without leaving the ship. See glacial valleys speckled with evergreens and powerful waterfalls plunging toward the sea.
Sitka truly offers the best of Alaska. Its small-town appeal stems from a unique blend of Russian, Tlingit and American history. Explore Sitka National Historical Park to uncover the town’s early history and native heritage. View indigenous artifacts, watch a documentary film, and stroll the mile-long Totem Trail. Learn about Sitka’s Russian influence at St. Michael’s Cathedral and the Russian Bishop’s House. The local wildlife is equally captivating, from orange-beaked puffins at Saint Lazaria Island to seabirds at the Alaska Maritime Refuge.

Explore the world’s largest collection of totem poles at Saxman Native Village or venture into Tongass National Forest, the largest in the U.S., where you may spot deer, seals, black bears, and bald eagles. For a truly dramatic landscape, visit Misty Fjords National Monument, known for its towering cliffs, rock walls, and dense forests.
The untouched and pristine destination of Prince Rupert is home to unique and rich Indigenous culture & traditions, a vibrant art scene, as well as abundant wildlife. From its parks & trails, its remote grizzly bear sanctuary and scenic community views, Prince Rupert is a unique destination on the North Coast of Canada & often referred to as the “City of Rainbows.”
Enjoy another day at sea aboard Serenade of the Seas® as you sail through the Inside Passage. Whether you’re chasing thrills on the rock-climbing wall, relaxing at the adults-only Solarium, or indulging in gourmet dining at Chef’s Table, there’s something for everyone. The ship offers a wide range of activities, from arcade games for kids to casino fun for adults.
As your incredible journey comes to an end, enjoy your last last moments and a hearty breakfast until its time to disembark. A private coach will be in attendance to transfer you to Vancouver airport for your return flight to Malta with transit.
