Your journey begins!
Meet your tour leader at the airport for your flight to London. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Southampton and embark the NCL Star.

At Sea: North Atlantic Crossing
A day to unwind and explore the ship. Let the sea rock you into relaxation as you discover world-class dining, entertainment and panoramic views. Sip a warm drink while watching the waves carry you northward toward the Scottish coast.

Edinburgh: New Haven found
The soul of Scotland. Edinburgh. Roam the cobbled streets of the Royal Mile, climb to the mighty Edinburgh Castle and breathe in the scent of heather on Arthur’s Seat. From tartan shops to centuries-old tales, the city weaves history and charm in every corner.

Inverness: High’s Calling
Today the Highlands call. Legendary Loch Ness and the ruins of Urquhart Castle; explore the scenic lake and medieval castle ruins. Pay a visit to Culloden Battlefield, the historic site of the 1746 Jacobite rebellion’s final battle, set against the dramatic backdrop of the Scottish Highlands where rugged mountains, deep glens and heather-covered moors create a breathtaking landscape.

At Sea: Enjoy the fun!
The ship slices through the North Atlantic toward Iceland. Today, indulge in a spa treatment, take a cooking class or simply gaze at the ever-changing seascape.
You are heading to a land of fire and ice but for now, enjoy the calm before the magic.

Reykjavik: Icelandic Quirks
Iceland’s quirky, cosmopolitan capital. Venture out to soak in the Blue Lagoon, visit Hallgrímskirkja’s soaring tower or explore local cafés under the late northern sky. With an overnight stay, the city becomes your playground of geothermal wonders and Viking lore.

Reykjavik continues
Use your full day to dive deeper into Iceland’s otherworldly landscapes. Round the famed Golden Circle, Pingvellir National Park, geysers and the thundering Gullfoss waterfall await. The water plummets down in two stages into a rugged canyon which walls reach up to 70m in height.

Isafjordur: Ice Fjord
Remote fjord framed by dramatic cliffs. Isafjordur feels untouched. A quaint town nestled in Iceland’s rugged Westfjords. Home to Dynjandi Waterfall Often called the “Jewel of the Westfjords,” Dynjandi is a stunning tiered waterfall that cascades down 100m like a bridal veil.

Akureyri: Capital of the North
Discover the majestic Goðafoss waterfall, known as the “Waterfall of the Gods”, where glacial waters cascade in a dramatic horseshoe shape, steeped in Icelandic legend. Take in the natural wonder, soak in the healing warmth of local geothermal pools, surrounded by raw, volcanic landscapes or alternatively, venture into the Mývatn volcanic region, a geological paradise filled with steaming fumaroles, bubbling mud pots, lava fields and the surreal craters of Skútustaðir, offering a glimpse into the powerful forces that shaped Iceland.

At Sea: Towards Norway
It is a perfect day to enjoy the ship’s open-air decks, a fine meal or perhaps a stargazing moment under the Atlantic skies.

Maloy: Nature upclose
Step into the small town of Maloy a hidden gem on Norway’s western coast. Marvel at rugged cliffs and white-sand beaches. Visit the Kannesteinen Rock, A naturally sculpted mushroom-shaped rock, carved by waves over thousands of year & Kråkenes Lighthouse perched at the edge of the Atlantic taking in panoramic views of fjords, cliffs enroute.

Bergen: Fjords Gateway
A coastal city steeped in history and surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Stroll through Bryggen Wharf, a UNESCO World Heritage Site lined with colorful Hanseatic buildings. Ride the Fløibanen Funicular to the top of Mount Fløyen for panoramic views of the city and fjords. Explore the lively Fish Market or visit Troldhaugen, the idyllic former home of composer Edvard Grieg.

Stavanger: Reach the Summit
Charming and full of contrasts, Stavanger blends cobbled streets and white wooden houses with cutting-edge street art and a vibrant harbor. Explore the atmospheric Old Town, home to one of Europe’s best-preserved wooden settlements. Take in the sights at the Norwegian Petroleum Museum. Do not miss the dramatic Lysefjord, where sheer cliffs plunge into deep blue waters, and marvel at the world-famous Pulpit Rock towering 604 meters above the fjord.

At Sea: Save the memories
Your final dat at sea is yours to savour. Let memories swirl like ocean mist castles and craters, legends and lava. Enjoy a celebratory dinner or one last stroll under the stars as the ship sails homeward.

Bid Farewell
Norwegian Star returns to Southampton. After disembarkation, you will be transferred to the airport for your return flight to Malta.
