Reykjavik is the beating heart of Iceland. The city was founded in 1786 but it’s also the site of Iceland’s first permanent settlement, dating back to 874AD. Check out the Settlement Exhibition, a combination archaeological ruin and museum based around a 10th-century longhouse, where interactive technology and archaeology reveal historical Iceland. The church Hallgrimskirkja dominates the skyline - admire its distinctive Expressionist-style architecture designed to mirror the nearby mountains and glaciers.

Situated at the head of Eyjafjordur, Iceland’s longest fjord, the first thing you’ll notice is the backdrop of dramatic snow-covered mountains. Take a stroll through the Old Town and admire the 19th-century turf houses. Sample some authentic Icelandic cuisine, or warm up in the steaming Akureyri Thermal Pool. Around the corner, you’ll find Akureyri’s basalt church, Akureyrarkirkja, with its striking, futuristic facade. Iceland cruises give you access to stroll through Lystigardurinn, the northernmost botanical garden in the world, and breathe in the fresh air and the scent of wild arctic flowers.

There are numerous ways to experience Seydisfjordur’s interesting natural features and lush landscapes: hike in and around this cultural capital and see what makes this very small city so great. Located in the east of Iceland, cruises to Seydisfjordur boast beautiful waterfalls, plenty of wildlife, a Maritime Museum and much more.

Revitalized with unforgettable onboard attractions, Jewel of the Seas® offers countless ways to spend your days between ports. Craving a little slice of Las Vegas during your cruise? Head to Casino Royale® where the action never stops. Settle in for your favourite games, from roulette to poker to slots, or join a tournament to test your luck and skills.

Belfast is a thriving, fast-growing metropolitan centre that’s full of surprises. The city played a key role in the 19th century’s Industrial Revolution, when it was the world’s biggest linen producer. It also had a reputation for ship-building since the Titanic was built here. Grab a lunch on the terrace overlooking Edwardian City Hall, one of the best examples of Belfast’s great architecture. Check out St. George’s Market and its variety of local vendors selling handicrafts; Danielle Morgan’s Flax Fox brand specializes in gift ware and limited edition Irish-inspired prints.

Liverpool has so much to offer visitors: from stunning architecture - like The Bluecoat Chambers and The Three Graces - to epic eateries that serve up some of the best food in the UK. If you’re looking for the buzzing centre of the city, head down to Royal Albert Dock, which not only has the most listed buildings in the city but is also the spot packed with galleries, museums and more. Discover the two Liverpool cathedrals that look nothing like each other. The Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral is extremely contemporary while the Liverpool Cathedral features a more gothic style.

The real capital of Ireland! That’s what the locals call Cork. Don’t leave the region without getting up close and personal with the Blarney Stone at Blarney Castle, located eight kilometres northwest of Cork. Legend has it, if you literally bend over backwards to kiss the stone, you’ll gain the gift of eloquence. A scenic ferry ride from Cobh to Spike Island - named the top European tourist attraction at the 2017 World Travel Awards - will let you discover Fort Mitchel, over 200 years old; this star-shaped fortress previously held 2,300 prisoners.

The pool deck transforms into the ultimate spot to catch classic flicks and first-run features when the sun sets. Claim a lounger and snuggle up for a movie night beneath the stars - all you need to bring is your favourite vacation cocktail and some snacks. If you love a good show, you’re on the right ship. Sing along to all your favourite musicals in West End to Broadway and embark on a vibrant journey from India to Atlantis in City of Dreams. If dancing is your thing, you’ll love the sultry rhythms and moves in Tango Buenos Aires.

Your amazing adventure has come to an end, but the memories will remain with you forever. After breakfast, you will disembark the ship and be transferred to Amsterdam airport to check in for your return flight to Malta.
