The Office for Consumer Affairs within the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority has launched the fourth edition of the “Service with a Smile Award”. This award recognises retailers and service providers who invest in good customer care and after-sales service in a bid to offer the best shopping experience to clients. The competition included five categories, and voting by the public was held between May 23rd and July 4th of this year.
SMSMondial ranked number 2 in the Travel category and for this award our agency manager Mr. Paul Pizzuto attended the presentation ceremony.
“The award belongs to all our team; and a smile goes a long way in creating the right environment for a business. It’s a simple gesture that radiates outwards into every aspect and stays with the customers long after they finish shopping”, commented Mr. Pizzuto.
