I have been working in the travel industry for the last forty years.

I have worked in the Alitalia section in the reservation department for fourteen years where I tried my best to accommodate all requests for flights allocation and was very well known by local agents.

The remaining twenty six years I worked on the front desk helping and making airline reservations for our clients, preparing packages and booking cruises.

I always work with a smile on my face and try to explain all details using enthusiasm, good manners, positivity and a light sense of humour.
